Estimation Engineer – Skid & Container

• •Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and material take-off (MTO) for skids, containers, and prefabricated electrical rooms
• •Study customer specifications, drawings, BOQ, and project requirements
• •Prepare quantity calculations for structural steel, sheet metal, insulation, flooring, doors, painting/coating, and other mechanical items
• •Prepare BOM and cost sheets based on design requirements
• •Obtain and compare vendor quotations for materials and fabrication activities
• •Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Projects, and Commercial teams for estimation inputs
• •Support preparation of technical and commercial quotations
• •Identify scope deviations and their impact on project cost
• •Maintain estimation databases and standard cost references
• •Support estimation for design changes and value-engineering activities

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills

• •Basic knowledge of mechanical fabrication and structural steel
• •Understanding of sheet-metal and enclosure fabrication
• •Good knowledge of MS Excel
• •Ability to read and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQs
• •Good analytical and calculation skills
• •Good communication and coordination skills
• •Added advantage: knowledge of AutoCAD / Inventor

Containerized solutions, E-Houses, electrical enclosures, structural fabrication, or skid-mounted systems
