Senior Service Engineer - Diesel Generator

• Routine engine inspections and servicing.

• Cylinder head, radiator, and intercooler maintenance.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.

• Half and full engine overhauls.

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of marine DG sets.

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.

• Governor setting, tuning, and calibration.

• Performance testing and commissioning.

• Attend emergency breakdown calls.

• Prepare service and commissioning reports.

• Coordinate with clients, shipyards, and technical teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Provide technical guidance to customers.

Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Marine, Automobile Engineering, or related field with 7–10 years of relevant experience in Marine Diesel Generator service. Strong troubleshooting skills and Marine DG Sets, Diesel Engines, Troubleshooting, Engine Overhaul, Preventive Maintenance, Commissioning, Governor Calibration, Technical Documentation, Customer Support, Safety Compliance.
